What is Yard Deodorization?
Raising the Standard of Freshness
Tackling Lingering Odors
Supporting a Healthier Outdoor Space
Deodorization works best when temperatures are above 40°F. Freezing or near-freezing weather reduces product absorption and enzymatic activity, limiting effectiveness.
Mild, dry, or slightly damp days provide optimal results. Heavy rain may dilute the treatment, while sunlight and airflow help it dry evenly.
Services are paused during colder months (typically November–February) when low temperatures limit effectiveness. Applications resume in spring once temperatures are consistently warmer.
Recurring clients receive one complimentary application per month during the active season (March–October). Most yards require only one per month, but additional treatments are available upon request if needed.
